This is going to be a very different video from what I am used to doing as an Indian beauty blogger on youtube!

However, I really wanted to do these counselling videos, since I keep getting so many letters anyway, and it is just nicer to address issues on a bigger scale, so more people can find help.

Though I am a bit nervous about doing something so different on my channel - this is a real big experiment for me, I am hoping to continue with this series for at least 3-4 videos. Depending on your response, I will decide the rest :-)

How to be happy and positive all the time in life? well this is something a lot of people have asked me, and I wanted to do a -vlog - kind of a video today in which I take advantage of my current educational background and do some free online counselling and therapy, to talk about regular day to day issues like How to Build Self Confidence, My own philosophy for positive attitude even if right now, you feel all alone, or have anxiety or depression. Like already said though, that this online therapy session is not a professional one - but more like a chat among friends...so please feel free to share your ideas and suggestions :-)
