1. I shampoo and condition my hair 1-2 a week, with a shampoo to help with my scalp issues; been to a dermatologist, but choose not to use the solution they gave me.
2. I oil rinse my hair once a week. I can do a video on that if you want.

4. I keep my hair in cornrows or braids under my wigs now. It helps my hair maintain moisture.

QUICK RECAP OF MY STORY:
Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2011; became a medically retired army veteran 2012. Due to unbearable pain, sadness and suffering, I dedicated my life to a HCLF plant based vegan lifestyle on 23 January 2015. I lost 9 pounds within the first 2 weeks for a total of 20 pounds lost within 1 month. I ate this way with little to no exercise and experience little to no pain.
