Since my hair is braided now I wanted to come and share a different type of video showing you. Here is one of my workouts that I do while on vacation and not at my CrossFit gym or near my home gym equipment. This workout is going to burn fat and get your heartrate up quickly. You're going to get tired but it's a good one if you're still kind of in that Thanksgiving hangover. Actually this is a good one anytime you want to get a quick under 10 minutes (depending on tour fitness level) workout. I was able to complete it in about seven minutes . If you decide to do it post your times in the comment section and if you're enjoying these types of videos let me know and I'll do more in the future .
