I was a host for the recent food segment on the television show A Taste of New York featuring Rumi Spice at Daniel Restaurant. I got a chance to meet with Executive Chef Jean Francios who prepared for me an authentic southern french dish, bouillabaisse using Rumi Spice's Saffron.
