I hope everyone had an awesome spring break! well here's a routine I picked up to get a nice, natural looking, safe tan and keeping your skin healthy to prevent sunburn, premature aging, and skin cancer.
Also: my sister told me this so thanks sis!...if you find your skin is sensitive and it's hard to get used to being out in the sun, start off with spf 30 on your first days until you get used to being out in the sun without burning, then bring it down to 20 or 15, then if where you live, if the sun's rays aren't as intense as they are down south, you can use spf 8 then even bring it down to 4 then use a spray oil to moisturize . Banana boat makes a great tanning oil she said. Play around with it, see what works for you. I found what works for me =^)
