It's that time of year again when we turn to comfort food to take the chill out of the colder weather. I figured I'd do it a little different this time and make a beefy little gravy and add some mushrooms and onions to the beef. I forgot to show it all plated up afterward, and i'm sorry about that, but my husband had already dug in as soon as it was plated. lol It came out so yummy!
