Veggie Chip 'N' Dip
You will need:
- Your choice of root vegetables, I used Sweet Potato and Beetroot
- Olive or Coconut Oil
- Seasoning, I used Cumin and Cinnamon
For the Pumpkin Hummus
- One can of Chickpeas
- Half a tin of pumpkin puree, depending on taste
- Two tablespoons of Coconut Oil, add more if needed to get the desired consistency.
- Two teaspoons of chopped garlic
- Half a Lemon, squeezed
Vanilla Pumpkin Seeds
You will need:
- One bag of pumpkin seeds
- Coconut oil spray
- Powdered flavouring, I used a Vanilla and Cinnamon mix
Seasonal Pitta Pizza's
You will need:
- Wholemeal Pitta's
- Goats Cheese
- Cooked Butternut Squash
- Kale
