YAY IF YOU MADE IT THIS FAR! Just so you know you can do ANY diet that works for you. This is what works for me! As long as you stick to something, and are consistent with making healthier choices you will lose weight. I also find it helpful to make working out fun! I always show fun workouts on snapchat. One of my current favorite cardio workouts is playing tennis. I joined a women's tennis league and it doesn't even feel like working out! For my stomach I love to dance !! I just dance around my house hahah and it makes my stomach BURN! Its the best ab workout for me.
More information about my diet:)
1) I workout between 4-6 days a week depends how I am feeling
I do cardio and lift weights
2) I check calories, sugars and carbs when I am eating packaged foods
3) I take a cheat day on saturday where I eat whatever I want, but I do make sure to workout this day. I take a spin class and lift weights
4) aside from coffee I don't like to drink my calories. So I don't drink juice, soda etc. I occasionally drink alcohol on Saturday (cheat day)
5) I only have ONE protein shake a day. Either for breakfast or after a workout
