This is a list of the general overview of what you can eat and not eat:
Lean meats: turkey, chicken, 93% lean ground beef, lean pork chops, not very fatty steaks
Seafood: pretty much all of it
Eggs
Non-fat dairy: milk, cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, sour cream
Vegetables: basically all but potatoes
Diet Soda
NO condiments unless its sour cream or natural mustard (condiments tend to have a lot of sugar in them)
NO fruit
NO Breads
You can buy sodium free seasonings
Sugar-free jello
You must drink ATLEAST a quart and a half of water a day or you WILL GET SICK
You can have coffee and tea
Sugar Subtitutes like splenda, equal etc.
