13 Ways To Wake Up Extra Beautiful or Pretty:
STEP 1. Wash Your Face
Germs, bacteria, make-up and dirt will clog your pores, make them enlarged, and prevent your skin from breathing and being hydrated during the night.
STEP 2. Slather On Nighttime Products
This is when all the powerful ingredients in Night Time products can go to work without being makeup on and without sunlight wich can stop these products from working.
STEP 3. SUPER MOISTURIZE
This is the time to really coat your skin in moisture! I love Alba Un-Petroleum on my eyes and anywhere where fine lines want to be!
STEP 4. MOISTURIZE NECK & HAIR
Don't forget your neck and hair! I slather on Raw/Organic Shea Butter from the Body Butter Lady (http://www.bodybutterlady.com/body-butter/) on my neck and on the ends of my hair.
STEP 5. BATTLE BREAKOUTS
Night time is the time to really pack a punch to your breakouts, blemishes, zits and acne! Anything with Benzoil Peroxide with help overall acne and any spot treatments with Tea Tree Oil or Salicylic Acid will kill the bacteria while you're sleeping!

STEP 6. USE A SATIN PILLOW CASE
My mom made me this satin pillow case and the difference it makes in keeping my hair smooth and skin smooth while I sleep is amazing! No wrinkle-face when I wake up and my hair is so smooth!
STEP 7. WASH YOUR PILLOW CASE
Wash your pillow case once a week to make sure you're not spreading dirty bacteria or oils from your hair onto your face! And flip it over in between the washes too, to help!
STEP 8. SLEEP FLAT ON YOUR BACK
I know this might not be comfy for everyone, but gravity will keep your skin smooth, and you wont' be setting in wrinkled on your face!

Sleep masks are not only glamorous and make you feel like Audrey Hepburn, but they really do work! By using a sleep mask, it blocks out all the light, which tells the light-receptors in your eyes that it's time to start producing melatonin, the "chemical" we all need to go to sleep!
Sleep is one of the most important parts of looking beautiful. And since none of us get enough of it, there are some extra steps we can do to give us an extra beauty boost in our nighttime routine!
