Here are my favorite Toning exercises to get my arms, black, butt and legs more defined and sculpted. I’ve been getting requests to share beginner workouts using weights. + I do 8-12 reps of each workout and I do 3 rounds.
+ I like to do something called drop sets where you have two different sized weights and basically change after a certain amount of reps.
+ I know my form isn’t perfect. It’s still a work in progress. But I’ve learned along the way.
+ I am using 5, 10 and 20lb weights in the video.
