Sometimes I want to do something different that the traditional creamy deep conditioner and a hot oil treatment is a good way to do that. Another thing I love about this option is that is far cheaper than some of the store bought options, and definitely easier/less messy to make than a homemade deep conditioner. I really like how this made my hair feel, it was really easy to apply, and it allowed me to detangle very quick and easy. You can modify the recipe (see below), and add essential oils or other items that have great hair benefits. I just decided to keep is simple and in a reasonable price point.

Note: I mentioned Naptural85 at the beginning out of wanting to make sure to give credit, however I got the idea from a product demo for a detangler (which also hade Aloe Vera Juice in it and other items)and decided to make my own.
Recipe:
5 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
3 ½ Tablespoons of Castor Oil
