Today's elegant, half-updo headband braid was inspired by a photo. The girl had the most amazing, straight violet hair with 2 diamond braids ( I only did 1 in this tutorial). I tried making the second diamond as she had it, but unfortunately, I don't think it's possible to do more than 1 on your own hair, since you'll need to pull the braid straight down, in a V, as you're braiding it. I tried and it just came out looking like a mess. Thus, if you want to make more diamond braids, which looks soooo PRETTY, then grab your mom, sis or a friend, and show them this tutorial and have them make it for you.
