Alright guys, so for the past few months and all I have been feeling soooo unhealthy and I decided to take a different route in what I am doing with my eating habits and also my workouts to maintain a healthier living. so I have been working out intensely for the past like 2 weeks and in the 2 weeks I lost over 5 pounds and over 2 inches around my tummy. I wanted to share with everyone exactly what I'm doing to lose that weight.
