✿ Mocha Coconut Frapp recipe:
1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Toast coconuts for 10 minutes at 300 degrees F
1 cup coffee or espresso
1 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup chocolate syrup
2 cups ice
Optional: whipped cream
Recipe adapted from Food.com but switch milk with coconut milk cause it has more of the coconut flavor I prefer: http://goo.gl/qHjM1b
