Nylon Strap Material - Joann's Fabrics and Crafts
D Rings - Lowes / Home Depot
Binder Clips - Staples / Office Max
Thread & Needle
Ruler
Pencil

Optional:
Sewing Machine
Basting/Tagging Gun
