Shrimp Pasta...I'm sorry the camera was so unsteady and not super focused on the pan...it is a lot more difficult to cook while holding a camera than I thought it was! :-)

Shrimp Pasta
1 pound cleaned shrimp
4-5 garlic cloves
3-4 Tbsp butter (i used non-dairy butter, so it may be less is using regular dairy butter)
1/8-1/4 tsp chili powder
1-2 Tbps paprika
a dash of red pepper flakes
asparagus
grape tomatoes
spaghetti noodles - cooked
1.) Place thawed shrimp, oil, and 1-2 Tbsp butter in a pan. Cover and cook shrimp through.
2.) Add asparagus, recover, and cook asparagus through.
3.) Add rest of garlic, paprika, chili powder, red pepper flakes, and a little more butter if needed. Stir to coat.
4.) Add sliced grape tomatoes.
Right before serving, toss with 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice if desired.
5.) Toss with cooked, buttered spaghetti noodles.
6.) Serve hot.
