Hi everyone!
OH YT HOW MUCH I'VE MISSED YOU! Finally back to YouTube after a 3 month "break" (it wasn't really a break, but you'll get it when you watch the video) anyway today I have an Update on what has been going on with my life in the last few months and my favorites of the month!

I've been with Tone It Up since the beginning of the year, and even though I didn't lose weight I started to get a better control and sense of myself, and more importantly I learned how to control my anxiety and my eating disorder, so I'm on the right path and I'm very happy with it even when I have relapses, that's because I learned how to get back on track! If you want updates and a story about my eating disorder let me know, because I kind of want to share my experience!
