Today, I am going to show you how to DIY a super cute beach cover-up skirt! I will talk you guys though this one! This is a great starter DIY if you are new to clothing making or sewing. In this talk through video, you can either use a sewing or a non sew technique to construct the garment, but I highly recommend, if you don't have a sewing machine, to consider hand stitching. This DIY is perfect for a quick and breeze cover-up for the beach this summer!

Materials:
1 1/2 Yards in Fabric (bought mine from JoAnns Fabric & Craft Store
Elastic Bands (1/2 - 1 Inch Thickness)

Tools:
Fabric Scissors
Pins

You can Use fabric glue, hand and machine sew this!
