SMOOTHIE RECIPE:
Ice
1 Cup Strawberries
1 Tablespoon of Ground Flaxseed
1 1/2 scoops Vanilla Protein
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1 Teaspoon Glutamine
1/2 Cup Egg whites
***there is a large amount of protein in my shakes. Usually with a body like mine, it cannot intake too much protein at a time or it will essentially just shit it out (being honest here!!!), so I will drink this shake throughout 2/3 hours or drink half then and the other half later on in the day!***
