*This was my experience with the Kylie Cosmetics Gloss I got, I did contact the customer service but have yet to get a response. My order was on 4/13 and it was suppose to come with the new wand as per her Kyliecosmetics Instagram account all orders after 4/1 were suppose to have the new wand. Sadly my wand is not in good shape and does prick at my lips... Overall the packaging except the wand is good and I really like it. I feel this gloss is very high end and comparable to ABH. I do like that the issue has been addressed as far as her recognizing this was an issue and needs to be fixed.I do understand that companies are not perfect and sometimes do make improvements with time but my main issue was it not being addressed. Today(4/17/16) it was said that new wands will be sent to those who had issues and I hope they will send me one as well. If this is true I would be open to purchasing more products since the product is really good other than the wand.
