I’ve decided to go back into my hair care journey and start using the all-natural oils I used early on. Before I knew this method was called “Indian Hair care Method” I was using oils from the local Indian community on my hair. One reason I went back to this is between seasons and weather changes my scalp goes haywire, especially around my hairline (flaky mess). I repurchased Vadik Herbs Brahmi Amla Oil (love it more because it’s local), and added Hairveda’s Vatika Frosting for my pre-poo to my regiment.

This video is just going to show the oiling process which includes oiling my hair every morning.
