I love to unwind in the evenings. I spend a lot of time on the computer: blogging, editing, shopping (ahem) and networking.. Come evening time, I give myself a break from the digital world!
Give this digital detox a try if you (like me) sometimes have trouble switching off or going to sleep. It feels really good to get some down time and pamper yourself before bed.
Asana, pranayama and meditation all help to dissolve any physical and mental tensions you may have picked up throughout the day. By the time your head hits the pillow you'll feel calm, soothed and rejuvenated - ready to jump into your dream world!
