Fine Natural Hair Regrowth Plan: Shedding, Breakage, Edges, Thickness

Here's my plan for regrowing my fine/thin natural hair after hair loss from crochet braids. Not sure if I'll be flat ironing or straightening it too often but I'm going to stretch it as long as I can (hopefully for at least 2 weeks?). We'll see how this goes!
