How many reps should you do?
*** For all of these do 3 sets of 10 EXCEPT the leg ones where I count to 20, do 3 sets of 20
How many days a week should I do this?
*** 1 to 2 days spaced out! For example if you do this Monday, Wait until Wednesday or Thursday to do it again!
