For the past 8 weeks I have journeyed through a yoga teacher training program at CorePower Yoga. I'm still working to complete the program but I am very close to receiving my certificate to become a registered yoga teacher. I have recently grown a deep passion for yoga and I'm so excited to share this journey with you all. I know I'm not perfect but yoga is a never ending journey so I can't wait to share with you all I've learned.

I recently became an ambassador for Yogi Surprise which is a monthly subscription service for yoga lovers. In each box they provide a yoga sequence with a theme. The theme for April was Connecting With Nature featuring 6 main poses. (Mountain, Tree, Gorilla, Dolphin, Crow and Corpse pose) I've never done this before but I tried to create my own flow featuring those poses and this is what I came up with...
