Hey bonitas! We decided to talk about acne, cystic acne, how we dealt with it. My sister Ravi & I have both dealt with acne, hormonal acne, and we have tried everything out there, but what we figured was keeping the routine simple, was the cure! Raw aloe vera is amazing for the body, it helps to strengthen your system, eliminate anything bad inside, apple cider vinegar helps to get rid of bacteria and balance your ph levels. Drink plenty of water, to flush out those bad toxins. Keep it simple all!
