The most personal video I've ever filmed. I talk about my past depression, current anxiety and obsession with germs. I didn't go into my anxiety in too much detail, mainly because there is just SO much to talk about within each topic. I'd happily go into more detail in another video. Leave any Qs down below!

I hope this shows you that if you have a mental health disorder, you're not alone. You don't have to suffer alone. Please talk to someone!
Apologies that this video was so scattered. It wasn't planned and I feel like I've left loads out. I can't believe I forgot to include that walking helps me a LOT. Being outside and hiking alone helps me think and relax. I understand that getting out/seeing friends etc is SO hard when you're suffering with depression/anxiety but it really did help me. It mostly helped my anxiety because I didn't want to do anything when I was depressed, but that's why I went to my GP.
