I'm always sincere and answer no, they are mostly 100% medical grade silicone. At that, they're confused, and wonder if I have had some surgery. I have to laugh and explain that I haven't; these are just external prosthesis. 'But they look so real!' they ask — and sometimes they even need to touch them to make sure, and are even more confused :-)

Well, the truth is, what you can see from my cleavage is 'real' — skin, flesh & blood — and of course if you touch that bit, it *will* be real :) What you *cannot* see is _mostly_ inside the bra (it does look, feel, and bounce like flesh... but it isn't). Sure, I've got some tricks to make them look like that, but I'm not telling you *everything* — except that I don't use any makeup on them to improve the cleavage. What's the point? They look naturally like that anyway :-D

So, uh, I forgot, this is supposed to be a *smoking fetishism video*! But I'm sure you'll be so distracted that you won't even notice that... heh!
