I've been depressed in my life at times, we all have at some point or another. Many people are suicidal, whether they are dealing with PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder), depression, relationship troubloes, school troubles, just feeling overwhelmed, dealing with an illness or disability, or family that is hurtful or abusive in some way or just doesn't love them...depression sneaks up. Hopelessness sneaks up on your heart too. Life is hard and can be depressing, you can feel hopeless, sad, heartbroken, frustrated and maybe at times you've felt like you can't or don't want to go on. You don't have to be suicidal to feel hopeless, it's something we all feel at sometime in our lives. Life is hard and some circumstances, people, relationships or family can make it feel harder, but I want to give you some hope!
I just hope this video speaks to someone's heart and maybe just sparks a little bit of hope in your heart and makes you feel a whole lot of love!
