I found this product in Montreal at La Beaute HERA ( I cannot recall if they were 4.99 or 5.99). The odd thing is that I've seen Absolute New York eyeliners at Shoppers Drug Mart, but they do not carry the rest of the brand's cosmetics. I've listed the ingredients for comparison.
