Lunch Ideas For Kids!!

PLEASE NOTE: These are quick and easy ideas for kids that you can make fast. Obviously I don't cook all of these at once nor do my kids eat ONLY this at meal times. Normally its one dish, and I have sides of fruits and veggies. My kids LOVE raw veggies with a little bit of ranch (Broccoli, bell peppers and carrots are faves.) They are also obsessed with fruit. Making fruit salad with a little bit of mint is a fave in our house. ENJOY!

TUNA STUFFED CRESCENT ROLLS RECIPE

1 can - Tuna (in water)
2 tbsp Just Mayo
1 stalk Celery
Salt and Pepper to taste
sprinkle of garlic powder and minced onion

-1.5-2 tbsp of tuna salad into crescent rolls
-Roll in the sides to make a pocket, then continue to roll up completely
-Cook according to Crescent Roll directions.

MINI PIZZA RECIPE

Stone Fire Flatbread (Naan)
3 tbsp pizza sauce
Cheese of your choice
meatless crumbles
frozen spinach
Salt and Pepper

Cook at 425 for 10 minutes (give or take)

PIZZADILLA RECIPE

2 flour or corn tortillas
1 tbsp of sauce
cheese
tofurky

Cook in pan on medium high heat. (Around 4 minutes a side)

CRISPS RECIPE

Cut Tortillas into triangles
add a small amount of oil to one side
add salt and pepper and whatever other seasonings you like

Cook in oven at 425 until crispy. (Make sure you wait until the oven is headed before putting them in)

BEAN DIP RECIPE

1 can Pinto or Black Beans
Salt and Pepper
Garlic Powder and Minched onion
(You could also add a 1/2 of avocado and/or a small handful of cilantro)

PULSE in blender.. leave slightly chunky
Heat in microwave for 20-30 seconds
