I wasn't really sure what to make of this when i first saw it. But after many uses the results have been amazing. Firstly, this formula doesn't' flake or smear. I've tried this over and over and nothing comes off. The mascara is actually more dry than wet. The Curator gives you 360 degree angles to apply you to apply mascara right from the base to the tips, at any angle.

Its AMAZING for lower lashes. Not once have i got mascara on the skin when using this.
