Additional information:
Always wash your hands before inserting the tampon and after removing.
Do not flush the tampon in the commode, wrap it in toilet paper and use a dustbin.
Do not use it if you're feeling uncomfortable after inserting.
Do not re-insert a used tampon.
The tampon will increase in size after absorbing blood, so expect a resistance while pulling it out.
Always pull the tampon out in the same direction as you've inserted it.
Remember to change the tampon frequently.
Visit your gynaecologist regulatory.
