It's 30 days into this challenge and so far I still haven't flat ironed my hair. I can tell that my curly ponytail is getting rounder. This has thicken my hair and I believe it's lengthening it as well, but I'm not positive yet because I haven't straightened it.

I noticed it gives a few pimples and within the 30 days I haven't been acne free so I know it's this. Even though this is happening, I'm still very satisfied with the results. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take this with food!
