Hi Loves!
Here is my very simply brow routine!! You can use whatever products you have & follow along. I hope you find this video helpful!!

September is ACM Awareness Month!
ACM is the Acronym for Arnold Chiari Malformation.
[Chiari malformations, types I-IV, refer to a spectrum of congenital hindbrain abnormalities affecting the structural relationships between the cerebellum, brainstem, the upper cervical cord, and the bony cranial base]
ACM causes a large list of symptoms that vary for each patient. Some ACM patients (like my husband) have a disease called Syringohydromyelia along with ACM which complicates the condition and causes pain on a daily basis. There is no cure.
If you would like more info on living with ACM, please check out this video that we posted last Sept. Also, please share it so that others will have an understanding on why Sept. ACM Awareness Month is so important to us AND every ACM survivor.
