I have good news and I have bad news. The bd news is there isn't really a tip on how to grow hair faster. Hair grows at whatever rate it grows at. But the god news is I do have tips on how to grow your hair out more quickly in the sense that you can keep it healthy to avoid having to cut it off, or having it break off and get shorter from the breakage (which quite frankly is a nightmare)

These five tips are sort of an update on a very old but very popular blog post that I wrote about "how to grow long healthy hair". I boiled it down to the most important ones and also added some information about products that weren't available back then. But there are even more tips there so you should probably read it after you're done with the video.

So if you are wondering how to grow hair faster, then I hope this sorta answers your questions. I totally understand the urgency you feel to grow it back out. I can't tell you how to make it actually grow out of your head faster, but you can maximize the stuff that's already growing out of your head, ya feel me?
