Some people choose not to use brands that are cruelty-free that are owned by parent companies that ARENT cruelty-free. This is a personal choice, but I find it important to support the brands that are cruelty-free and have made a choice to do so whether or not they are under the umbrella of a brand that isn't. I say vote with your dollar... show the parent companies what brands are important to you. NYX and Urban Decay are good examples of this. They are choosing to stay out of places like China, and not make those extra bucks to keep their products free of animal testing.
