Hey guys!

This is kind of a "Top Tips" video about different things you can do to help stop acne, and stop the spread of acne, easily at home. Of course, there are many other reasons that we get acne, and this certainly doesn't aim to cover all available bases! However, by minimising the spread of bacteria, we can stop the spread of acne. I know that my neck and jaw line tell me when it's time to change the bed sheets! The moment I change them, the acne goes away. Every time! So give these things a try and see if they change your skin too!

Really, I think the only one that costs any money would be the tip about changing your diet. And even then, it's not a drastic change on the purse strings - you'd just be replacing things in your diet with different options; buying soy milk instead of cow's milk for example. Easy!
