The giveaway is open worldwide, just make sure if you win and your under 16 that you've got your parents permission as I do need your address to ship your prize :) The winner will be picked at random and the giveaway will be open until October 21st and i'll announce the winner in the makeup tutorial that will be live on my channel that weekend and on social media so make sure you're following me there too!
