We should be very VERY considerate of the needs of the animals that we take in our homes. We should assess our selves of how responsible we are to take these animals and make them a part of our family. We strongly believe that we should not give up on them. It hurts to see that other owners can abandon these animals too quickly.

I am well aware that my first cat (vires) came from a breeder in VA. I had my reasons. Before seeing the breeder, my husband and I were in a hunt for a companion. We went to two adoption center and no one connected with me.

Vires was a different story. When I saw his picture, it sparked something inside me. When I saw him personally, I genuinely knew I can take good care of him. Of all cats/kittens , he went straight to us! The decision to have him is one of the best decisions I have ever made. He is a good boy and he is easy to love!

Someday, I will expand our family and I will go back to an adoption center. When I find that one special cat or dog (that I know I will be able to take care of) I will take him/her home and give him/her all the love and the life it deserves.
