FREQUENTLY ASKED WORKOUT QUESTIONS:
* How many days a week should I do this? this can be done every morning or evening if you would like, however I only do this twice a week.
*what is fasted cardio? working out on an empty stomach. The benefits are you can burn more fat that way however if this is something that is NOT for you, you still can burn fat without it. I just notice it helps!
