Carne Picado Tacos: Dinner w/ the Dayes

Let me tell you One Taco was all I could eat. OMG Just editing this video made me go and buy these ingredients again because it was just so GOOD.

~Serving size 10~

Recipe:
2 lbs Carne Picado Beef( Thin Beef Steak)
Herbs:
1 Tbsp of Black pepper
1Tbsp of Paprika
1/2 Tbsp of Salt
1Tbsp of Basil
1Tbsp of Dried parsley
1Tsbp of fresh Parley
2tsp of Chill powder
Mix and add onto Carne Picado. Cover and marinate 2 hours.

In a Wok add 1 Tbsp of Canola oil
Chopped& sliced:
1 Yellow pepper
1 Green pepper
1 Chilli pepper
1 White Onion
1 Hot pepper
1 Cayenne pepper
add 1/2 Cup of water to steam peppers & onions.

Then add marinated meat and Cook until Meat is brown and tender.

1 cup of Jasmine Rice: That's our favorite rice.
You can add lime zest to the rice to boost the flavor of the rice.

Black beans: canned because all the prep work was too much for me LOL

Salsa Salad:
1/2 White onion sliced
1/2 Tomato
1 Yellow Pepper
Cilantro Fresh(My family doesn't love Cilantro so You can add much more then I do.)
1 Squeeze 1/2 of Grapefruit to give a tart citrus taste to the salad.
then add 1/2 cucumber to the salad.
