NOTE: I am a vegetarian, that eats plant based a majority of the time... especially at home. But I don't call myself a vegan.

Hey guys!! This video is for those of you who never know what to make for lunch. Like me.... lol. These are my go to lunches, and things that always taste amazing to me!! I recommend making extra caprese pasta and having it as left overs. If you do this... don't add the avacado until the time you eat it. The rice bowl is great as a burrito or taco filling as well!!! ENJOY!!
