2) To de-puff your eyes: put an ice cold spoon out of the freezer on your bangs, put green tea bags that have been soaked in water on your bangs, use cucumbers, or anti-puffiness gels (which you can keep in the fridge to make them colder)
3) Exfoliate your face
4) Splash cold water onto your face to awaken your skin, close your pores, stimulate skin, and refresh
5) Moisturize your face – it can look dull & flat, use a facial mist to touch up
6) Hydrate! Drinks a lot of water and green tea throughout the day
7) Use a full coverage foundation to hide any imperfections, redness, dullness, dark colors, etc
8) Use a highlighter on your cheeks and inner corner of your eyes to give a healthy glow and the appearance of being awake
9) Use a shimmer shadow on your eyelids
10) Dust your face with a bronzer to give some colour
11) Use a pink blush for a natural flush to the skin and a more youthful appearance
12) Use a creamy off-white eye pencil on your water line or a champagne tone to brighten and enlarge the eyes
13) Use a little colour on your lips and use a lipgloss – pink or rose
14) Try to wear colour instead of black and tie in some white jewelry to help reflect light. Black can make you look more tired & weighed down
