I mean no disrespect to the beauty guru but seriously come on, if it were as easy as just having passion and consistency I feel success on YouTube would be easier. I am in no way discrediting the advice but it wasn't actually helpful in a specific way. What if you already have passion, what if you already have consistency, or what if you're already doing your own thing and still have not found a following for your content. A lot of people could get discouraged and stop (I suppose if you seriously loved it you would do it for free and when no one is watching as I did for 2 years) but she made it sound like that's all you had to do when really it's not.
My series will be about the extra things I have learned the things you can do if you have no money. Everyone knows that getting a better lighting setup and maybe a mic or a sweet Canon to film on will make your videos at least on par quality wise to all the big YouTubers. I want to tell you about the things that I have learned that you can do right now to change things for no extra money just extra effort.
I feel that becoming popular on YouTube is much harder than it was before. There is more competition especially in the beauty section of things. So if this is the path you want to take I will tell you all the new things I have learned this summer that I am slowly incorporating into my channel.
If you don't want to wait for my videos you can get help right now by combing through these people I found through searching YouTube one night and I have since watched almost all their videos.

My Affiliate Links:
Tube Buddy is a free program that helps YouTube content creators with literally everything you do on YouTube. For better features if you are serious about YouTube you should upgrade to a paid license. I bought the Star level license because I needed to bulk edit videos. I googled a discount code and saved 20%. I know that if you have less than 50K views they offer you 40% off the monthly fee at checkout. https://www.tubebuddy.com/saywink
If you want to get paid for videos you already make and make good money you should consider signing up for FameBit if you have a following of 5k or more on YouTube. I have not been paid to make a video yet, I think they do take a percentage of your deal like 10% for providing you the service. I get tons of review deals in my email but they are not paid so this is why I am exploring this option. Plus if you want to collab with other YouTubers they have that option for free there. https://famebit.com/a/saywink
If you would like to help support my channel, I now have an activated "tip jar" on my channel page. The money I get will go towards buying the expensive side of the splurge or save videos so support if those are your favorite videos to watch!
FTC: I bought everything for this video with my own money. No company paid me to tell you guys things. All opinions are my own. I have clearly explained and marked affiliate links above. I only get money or credits if you sign up through my link but you have the option to just google search the site as well.
