Cat eye / winged eyeliner for mature / wrinkled eye
Step 1: apply generous amount of eyeshadow primer to area to be lined. Work primer into creases / wrinkles.
Step 2: use tape to frame the area.
Step 3: use an angled brush to press powder liner into the area along the tape. Tape acts as a guide and prevents fall out. It is important to gently press the powder into the area, so it will sink into creases where the primer was applied.
Step 4: remove tape and inspect the area for gaps.
Step 5: fill gaps as needed.
