Hey Guys,
I just wanted to let you know that although it is winter, it is PEAK time for building a great base for our Summer Bikini Bods that we all STRIVE for. I want to start really focusing in on that for my channel throughout the upcoming months so we can be fit and ready and AHEAD of the game! 1. Squats- I am using the Smith Machine, but DO NOT recommend doing so because it can alter the way that you lift. This is my only option as of now, but I will be using alternative methods in the future.
2. Sumo Squats
