Now that it's a new year I have been hearing a lot about people wanting to slim down and lose all the holiday and winter weight that they gained. One popular diet that keeps coming up is the military diet. I have looked into it but I am not a fan. In this video I am giving you a few tips and tricks that I may have read about or actually tried such as the water diet, juicing detox diet, atkins diet and omitting carbs just to name a few. Please note these are only suggestions but alway check with a doctor prior to trying any diet. Also a healthy diet combined with exercise and losing weight at a normal pace in increments are always best!
