My review of the Effon Cosmetics Professional 24 Color Eyeshadow Pallete. It gives a very sparkly/glittery finish, almost like eyeshadow with cosmetic grade glitter on top! Which I like very much (OMG! I love the freaking SPARKLES!). I think you can by it at Five Below for $5.00, if I'm not mistaking. It lasts pretty well, it does crease after a while even with creme eyeshadow, eyeliner or concealer as a base, probably would work better with primer underneath, but I don't have any. I have more hauls, reviews and tutorials on the way! I will see you all in my next video!
